    Hi! I have a gamevice controller and I downloaded the game calls Xenowerk. After I got in to the the controller doesn't work for this game. Please advise me, thanks!

    Just received the Gamevice as a gift. I attached my iPhone, checked the battery (two bars), opened up Knights of the Old Republic (listed on the Gamevice app as a supported game) and nothing happens. None of the buttons function. I reread the instruction manual and there doesn't appear to be any step I'm missing. I thought there might be a firmware update or a special app that needed to be downloaded, but the instructions assure me all I have to do is plug in the phone. I went to the website, gamevice.com/support/iPhone as the instructions recommend and received a message that the page no longer exists. I clicked on "support" within the game vice website and found a support number listed as being available 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday. I called at 9:05 am and got a voice mail.
